Everyone loves cheesecake. They are easy to do, but they have a drying time. And they are rich, loaded with cream cheese and eggs. During the summer months especially, no-bake cheese cake is a delicious alternative. It is not necessary to turn on the oven and are lighter and less rich.

No-Bake Strawberry Cream Cheesecake (with variations)
